Goals of this shrine:

1. Familiarization of the Non-Wiccan community with our ideals.
2. Education of Wiccans.
3. Resources for the Wiccan Community.
4. A full working Coven with ritual work for Esbats and Sabbats.

Ways we will meet these goals:

1. Periodical moderated chats.
1. These chats will occur on a scheduled basis
2. The chats will be moderated.  This will help us to avoid the free-for-all that some chats can become.
3. Chats for Wiccans for questions and knowledge.
4. Chats for Non-Wiccans who have questions.
2. Web pages with links to other sources as well as original material.
3. Chat room rituals.
1. The complete ritual will be posted prior to the actual ritual.
2. The circle will be cast virtually.
4. Wiccans will be able to become a member of the shrine.
